1. About Grevialife

This website is operated by Grevia ("Grevia," "we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship of Krishna Yogi, trading as Grevialife Nutraceuticals (registered trademark), based at Kamadgiri Chaya, Rajput Colony, Azadpura, Lalitpur 284403, Uttar Pradesh, India. Grevialife is FSSAI registered.

2. This Website

This site is informational and B2B-facing — it describes our products and services and lets you request a quote, sample, or specification sheet. It is not an online store: nothing on this site can be purchased directly through it, and no order is placed or payment taken here. Submitting an enquiry form does not, by itself, create a binding contract.

3. Quotations & Orders

Prices are not published on this site and are quoted individually, based on the grade, form, and quantity you enquire about. A quotation we send you is valid only for the period stated in it (or, if none is stated, a reasonable period), and is subject to material availability at the time of order.

An order is only confirmed once we've agreed the terms with you directly — typically by email, WhatsApp, or a signed proforma invoice/purchase order — and is not created by filling out the enquiry form alone. Published figures such as minimum order quantity, lead time, and packaging-customisation thresholds are current guidance, not a guarantee for every order; we'll confirm the applicable terms at the time of quotation.

4. Product Information & Specifications

Specification sheets on this site describe our target specification for each grade — the numbers we work to, not a guarantee of every batch's lab result unless a matching Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided for that specific lot. Every grade and drying method is labelled as either own-cultivated or sourced from a supplier partner; where a certificate (organic, GMP, or similar) belongs to a supplier rather than to Grevialife, we say so.

Grevialife sells raw nutraceutical ingredients for further processing, formulation, or resale by business buyers. Nothing on this site is a health, medical, or nutritional claim directed at end consumers, and nothing here is intended as medical advice. If you resell or formulate a finished product using our ingredients, you're responsible for your own product's compliance, labelling, and any claims you make about it in your market.

5. Samples

One free sample (up to 50g) is available per company; you cover the courier cost. A sample larger than 50g is a paid sample, quoted on request. Samples are provided to help you evaluate our material and don't carry the same documentation as a confirmed commercial order unless agreed otherwise.

6. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is quoted individually and in the currency, terms, and payment schedule agreed with you at the time of quotation. Prices shown or discussed prior to a confirmed quotation are indicative and subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Grevialife name, "Grevialife Nutraceuticals" mark, logo, and the content of this website (text, layout, and design) belong to Grevia unless otherwise stated. You may view and share pages of this site for your own evaluation of us as a supplier, but you may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose our content, branding, or specification sheets as your own.

8. Limitation of Liability

This website and the information on it are provided "as is." While we make a genuine effort to keep specifications, availability, and commercial terms accurate and current, Grevia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Our liability for any confirmed order is governed by the terms agreed in that specific quotation or purchase order, not by this page.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or a quotation issued by Grevialife is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business practices, or the law, change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Terms agreed in a specific signed quotation or purchase order take precedence over this page for that order.
